If the item is not in stock, we will airship the product to Hong Kong as soon as possible, and customers can expect to receive the product within 7-21 working days. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy seasons or promotional periods. We promise to process orders for customers as quickly as possible.
Shipping Cost Calculation:
Free local SF Express shipping is available for orders over HKD 499 after discounts. For orders below the minimum amount, shipping fees will be paid upon delivery via SF Express.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with an order tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the SF Express website and entering the provided tracking number.
Order Modifications:
In general, we cannot guarantee any modifications to orders, including changes to the shipping address, once the order has been placed. Please carefully review your shipping details before completing your purchase.
